June 1st - Saturday. The annual Boomtown Festival is held in Clair Engle Park in the City of Shasta Lake. There will be vendor booths, games, music, and family fun. The event will be held all day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is a hometown celebration of the town's beginning! Come visit the Boomtown Museum, located in the park, on the same day.
October 11- Friday. The annual Historical Society Appreciation Dinner for our esteemed members and guests is a sell-out event every year. More information to come.
October 12 - Saturday. Central Valley High School's All-Alumni celebration in the park. More information to come.
November 9th - Saturday. Annual Veterans Day Parade in the City of Shasta Lake. More details to come.
November 16th - Saturday. The Annual Community Holiday Bazaar and the Boomtown Museum's famous "Candy Shoppe" will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is hosted by local non-profits and churches and features homemade items, gift baskets, homemade candy and cookies, and so much more.
